Pathline Health (“Pathline,” “we,” or “us”) provides healthcare license intelligence tools that help organizations review professional licensing information across U.S. jurisdictions. By accessing or using the website or product, you agree to these Terms of Service.

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others or restrict their use of the service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and any activity under it.

Data & Accuracy

Pathline provides informational and credentialing-support data. We aggregate and normalize licensing information from official state licensing authorities and other authoritative public or licensed datasets, including sources such as the National Plan and Provider Enumeration System (NPPES) where applicable. We work to keep information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that every record is complete, current, or error-free.

Coverage and freshness vary by jurisdiction and license type. Pathline is not a government agency, is not endorsed by any licensing board, and is not itself a primary source of license records. When primary-source verification is legally or procedurally required, users should rely on the applicable licensing authority.

Pathline is a verification and workflow tool. It does not provide medical, clinical, legal, or professional advice. Nothing in the service should be relied on for diagnosis, treatment, or any patient-care decision.

Limitation of Liability
